The apartment is a bit dated and could use some renovations, especially the kitchen floor tiling, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and plumbing. The cleanliness could also be improved, as there were some spots inside the fridge, smudged mirrors, and hairs on the bathroom fixtures.

The neighborhood was pleasant, with people out walking, biking, and walking their pets. There were also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.
